Supply Chain Lead | Moonah

At Heidelberg Materials Australia, we are looking for a customer-focused, energetic, and proactive individual to join our team in Moonah, Tasmania. As a Supply Chain Lead, you will play a key role in enhancing our customer experience while developing your skills in operations, logistics, scheduling, and customer service. We value individuals with a passion for customer service and a drive to make a positive impact. No prior industry experience is necessary – if you have a strong customer service background and a can-do attitude, we’ll teach you the rest. This is a full-time role, with the possibility of overtime and rostered Saturday work based on business needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for: Overseeing day-to-day operations with a focus on meeting customer expectations Interacting regularly with customers, handling orders, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries Collaborating with a high-performing team to deliver the best outcomes for both Heidelberg Materials Australia and our customers Maintaining safety standards and offering coaching and mentorship to fellow team members Ensuring that all products and services meet the highest quality standards Monitoring equipment, scheduling and conducting necessary maintenance to ensure reliability Managing maintenance and production tasks, including some physical work This role is ideal for you if you: Have a strong customer service background and enjoy working with people Are motivated, can work independently, and thrive in a team environment Communicate effectively and always put the customer first Fast thinking and can multitask to get the best/most efficient outcome for the customer Appreciate a flexible work schedule that includes Saturday shifts and reasonable overtime Are eager to obtain your Construction Card / White Card Have (or are willing to get) Front End Loader (FEL) certification Are dedicated to safety and align with our Zero Harm safety policy Are physically capable of performing all tasks related to the position What we offer: Competitive hourly pay, $29.13 - $31.03 per hour, based on experience/qualifications, plus penalties and super A schedule from Monday to Friday, with early morning starts and rostered Saturday mornings (ending around lunchtime) Opportunity to earn your FEL ticket (if not already achieved) Be part of a globally recognized brand with endless career development opportunities Ongoing training and personal growth At Heidelberg Materials Australia, we embrace diversity and encourage people from all backgrounds to apply.
