Customer Service Coordinator The Customer Service Coordinator role is to provide a high level of service to specific segments within Hanson's customer base. Moreover, this role will have some exposure to planning and allocation of work utilising a specialised truck fleet. About the role: Monday to Friday at our Rivervale WA office Permanent, full-time position.
Be available to work between 5am and 4pm Work across multiple product lines including concrete, aggregates and dry sand Data entry and assistance to customers with order bookings, changes and cancellations Manage allocation of product deliveries using a specialised fleet to customer job sites Respond to inbound customer contact, via phone and email, including complaints and general enquiries Collaborate with our Sales team and Operational teams to ensure customer enquiries are resolved satisfactorily About you: Possess a high energy and be keen to make a difference Strong customer service orientation Previous experience with SAP Previous logistics industry experience preferred but not essential Demonstrate a high level of flexibility and adaptability to change Possess a reasonably high level of stress tolerance and resilience Possess a high level of self-motivation Demonstrate a focus on working accurately and efficiently with ability to effectively prioritise tasks What we offer: You will be rewarded with a remuneration package of $70,000 - $80,000 (pending experience) + Super Be part of highly recognised global brand name and growing organisation Ongoing career and development opportunities About Heidelberg Materials With more than 4,000 employees across 300 sites, we have an extensive production and logistics network across Australia.
