As our new Supervisor – Waste & Organics, you’ll be the driving force behind daily operations at our state-of-the-art Bowser East Organics Facility, leading your crew and ensuring every load counts.

What You’ll Do

  • Keep operations running smoothly, safely, and on schedule
  • Supervise a motivated team and create a culture of safety & pride
  • Monitor contamination, maintain equipment, and oversee site conditions
  • Ensure compliance with EPA standards and local regulations
  • Be the friendly, go-to expert for customers, contractors, and community members

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in waste/organics management (and passion for doing it better)
  • Solid leadership chops — you know how to guide, coach, and inspire a crew
  • Mechanical know-how — you can operate (and troubleshoot) loaders, compactors, etc.
  • A current Heavy Rigid licence (extra machinery tickets? Big bonus!)
  • Confident communication and basic computer skills
