About the role

As the Senior Officer Recruitment, you’ll play a key role in attracting and hiring skilled people who will help shape the future of our city.

You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment processes and partner closely with leaders across the organisation to understand their workforce needs, deliver smooth and engaging recruitment campaigns, and ensure every new hire aligns with our values and organisational goals.

Duties

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing full-cycle recruitment from advertising to onboarding
  • Developing engaging job advertisements and sourcing strategies
  • Providing advice on recruitment best practices and compliance
  • Supporting diversity and inclusion in hiring
  • Reporting on recruitment metrics and identifying areas for improvement

  • Previous experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation and recruitment trends
