Disability Support Workers - Castle Hill

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Support Workers to join our team for two brand-new Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) apartment complexes located in Castle Hill and Rouse Hill.

This newly developed site will initially commence services with five participants, progressively increasing to 24/7 supports as new residents move in. As part of this exciting expansion, we are looking for committed casual staff to join our growing team and make a meaningful impact.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in medication administration, manual handling, epilepsy management, and positive behaviour support.
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for clients with complex and high support needs.
Committed to working within a dynamic 24/7 Hub Model, with flexibility to adapt across a range of shift patterns, including weekends, evenings, and overnight shifts.

Required Licences/Credentials

Current First Aid and CPR certification or a booking to complete one - mandatory
Valid driver’s licence and vehicle with comprehensive insurance - mandatory
NSW Working With Children - Employee - mandatory
NDIS Worker Screening Check - Employee - mandatory
Completion of NDIS Quality, Safety, and You module

Starting CASUAL Pay Rates (SCHADS Award)
Casual 3.1 Home Care Employee- includes 25% loading:

Day: $33.96/hour
Afternoon: $37.36/hour
Active night: $38.04/hour
Saturday: $47.55/hour
Sunday: $61.13/hour
Public holiday: $74.72/hour
