About the Role We're seeking a reliable Disability Support Worker to support one of our valued clients in their daily routine. You’ll be providing high-quality, individualised care that includes:
Personal care and manual handling (including use of a ceiling hoist)
Bowel and catheter care
Assistance with stretches, skin care, and medication (including crushing medication)
Support using cough assist and suction machine
Shifts
Wednesday & Saturday: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM (weekly)
Sunday: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM (fortnightly)
Friday & every second Sunday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Active overnight)
Pay Rates SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax):
Base hourly rate: $33.96
Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $37.36
Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $38.04
Saturday: $47.55
Sunday: $61.13
Public holiday: $74.72
