You’ll be providing personalised, high-quality support at home and in the community, helping people live more independent, meaningful lives. Whether it’s supporting daily routines, building life skills, or just being a positive presence – what you do truly matters.

What we’re looking for:

Experience with Autism, Behaviour Support, Mental Health, and Mobility Support
A person-centred, ethical, and professional approach
A can-do attitude and the motivation to go above and beyond
Shifts: (Set fortnightly roster, you MUST be available for the entire shift of the role that you choose) Week 1
Saturday: 3:00pm to 9:00am (Sleepover shift in between from 10:00pm to 6:00am)
Week 2
Friday: 3:00pm to 9:00am (Sleepover shift in between from 10:00pm to 6:00am
Sunday: 5:00pm to 11:00am ((Sleepover shift in between from 10:00pm to 6:00am)
**Other casual roles also available for the below shifts:
9:00am - 11:00am
10.00am - 1.00pm
4.00pm - 10.00pm
6:00pm to 9:00pm
Pay Rates SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates - Inclusive of 25% casual loading:
Base hourly rate: $33.96
Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $37.36
Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $38.04
Saturday: $47.55
Sunday: $61.13
Public holiday: $74.72
