About the role

This position is crucial for the efficient management, governance, and accessibility of the City's digital records. It involves overseeing the classification, registration, and indexing of records in accordance with established protocols and legal requirements.

Role accountabilities include: 

  • Ensuring compliance with records management policy and standards.
  • Design and deliver training programs on records management systems.
  • Leading initiatives to enhance records management processes and practices.
  • Coordinating audits to assess compliance and preparing comprehensive reports on records management activities.
