Full TimeRoper Gulf Regional Council is seeking two dynamic Case Workers—one male and one female—to help deliver the Indigenous Youth Reconnect Program across different communities . As a Case Worker, you’ll play a vital role in re-engaging Indigenous youth aged up to 24 with education, training, employment, and community engagement . You’ll deliver individual case management, counselling, and group activities that address issues such as disconnection, substance misuse, family challenges, and the impact of youth detention.
This Fixed Term, Full-time position based in Katherine, NT, requires regular monthly travel to remote communities with overnight stays.

Level 6 to7 indicative $86,864.88 to $107,655.84 per annum based on 38 hours per week (negotiated based on qualifications and experience).
